You've got through the first 3 months, congratulations! The fog is starting to lift and usually by now your baby has a bit more of a routine and you've found your grounding a bit more. Every parent and every baby goes at their own pace so please don't compare - you are doing the most incredible job.

Incorporating some light play during their awake windows is a great idea and as they're a little bigger now, they become more interactive with you. Some fun ideas are set out below.
